The signer of the document must be coherent, understand the document, and be willing to sign the document in front of the Notary with no guidance from any exterior parties or forces.
In the event you do not have an acceptable form of identification to have a document Notarized in Arizona- you may present a credible witness that in fact has acceptable forms of ID for themselves and are willing to take a verbal and written oath that you are who you say you are.
